Identified - We have identified an issue where replies to conversations were incorrectly marked as spam.

This has been resolved for new replies and we are currently working on redriving affected conversations.

Resolved - We identified an issue with campaign fanout which prevented a number of Users/Leads from entering campaigns starting from July 10, 2018 at 10:21 UTC. We have implemented a fix and have returned to being fully operational. Users/Leads are now entering campaigns again as normal.
